    My Dear Son,

…We had a letter from Mr. Seddon. He would like us to come and visit them Xmas and New Year but I think we won't at Xmas. We may call on them before going back to America. I rather wish we had gone to America earlier in the season as I think it is rather late for nice sailing but I think we will enjoy London for 2 or 3 months and I think by that time we will be quite ready for America and like Mrs. Craven I don't care about ever seeing the old rainy country again. We had a nice time, enjoyed it but would not care to live in it.

I think any one that has lived in America as long as we have would not care to live here. Sometimes I wish I could be with my boy this Xmas. Think I would like it better than London. I have sent word to London we would be there on Tuesday. It might be better to stay till spring and you will probably have a better idea where you will stay and what you are going to do.

There are plenty of good meetings here. We go very often and enjoy them. Went to a Bible class last night it was very good. It is a good thing to learn all we can about God's word. Lots of beauty in it when you study it and find it out.

    Your loving Mother
