New Membership Applications - For those interested in joining the CNS before the Annual Meeting to take advantage of discounted member registration rates, membership applications will be accepted and processed through Wednesday, the week before the Annual Meeting: October 28, 2026. Any applications received after October 28, 2026, and through the dates of the meeting will not be eligible for membership registration discounts that year.

International Medical Students - Apply for CNS membership, and you will be eligible to register at the CNS Medical Student Member rate.

Developing Nation Rate Country List

In an effort to make the best in neurosurgery more accessible to doctors and scientists around the world, the CNS is pleased to offer a discounted registration rate to nonmember attendees from the following countries:

Registration Change/Cancellation Information

Annual Meeting registrations are only processed with a valid credit card. Once your registration is submitted, payment is processed immediately.

Full registration refunds, less a $100 processing fee, will be granted if written requests for cancellation are received by 5:00 pm CT on October 7, 2026. Course and Seminar tickets will be refunded in full until October 7. No refunds of any kind will be given after this date, regardless of cause. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. In the event the CNS Annual Meeting is cancelled due to a Force Majeure event, such as natural disasters (fire, storms, floods); governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes); or infrastructure failures (transportation, energy), registration fees will be refunded in full.
