Join us for the 2024 CNS Virtual Residency Fair taking place August 13-14, 2024. Showcase your program to potential residency applicants and have the opportunity to connect with medical students who will make up the future of neurosurgery. Don’t miss this chance to show perspective applicants what makes your program unique!
As a participant in this event, each program that registers will be provided with one 10-15 minute slot on the schedule where your program can share information with attendees to showcase your program as well as have an interactive Q&A with attendees (done via moderated chat). Should your program wish, we will also be accepting digital materials that will be shared with attendees from this event. We suggest providing any information that would be helpful for interested medical students to know in these materials. Some examples could be a PowerPoint that provides an overview of your program, a marketing brochure, a link to a video about your program, etc. (we highly suggest PDFs or PPTs formats for these materials and the file should be limited to 2GB or less).
We will also be sharing program contact information with attendees so they can follow up directly after the event with any additional questions they may have or to gather more information, so please provide the information for the best person to serve as the main point of contact for your program on this form below (this will also be the person who we will use as the contact for the event, including providing access information, pertinent updates, etc., so please be aware of that when identifying the main point of contact).
Complete details will be emailed to the primary program contact noted on this form closer to the event, including assigned program timeslot and date with other pertinent details by no later than Friday, June 28th.
Registration will close Friday, June 14th so please be sure to complete this form by then to ensure your space is secured- Space is limited!
