Download CNS Digital Poster Template
- Create a poster on your computer using Word, PowerPoint, or Adobe Acrobat.
Convert final version to a PDF file and upload into the Poster Center by clicking Upload Poster below. Your poster should be one page, landscape, 8.5” x 11” format.
OR
- Create a poster within the Poster Center.
Click on the link below to Create/Edit Poster. The Poster Center will import your abstract text. You will be able to enhance the abstract with images and video for supplemental material.

Interactive Poster Presentation Session – Printed and Mini Oral Posters
Poster Submission Deadline: August 15, 2024
If you are creating a poster for the Interactive Poster Presentation Session, posters will be downloaded and printed on August 15, 2024. After August 15 no changes or revisions can be made.
If you have not submitted a poster by August 15 a black and white default poster will be created from your submitted abstract and printed as your poster. No revisions will be accepted.
Remember to log into your CNS account and go to the Activity Center to accept or decline the invitation to present and submit your disclosures as mentioned in your selection letter. Due August 9.

Digital Only and Oral Presentations
If you were selected for a Digital Only or Oral Presentation, you have until August 31, 2024 to submit your final digital poster.
If you have not submitted anything by August 31 a black and white default poster will be created from your submitted abstract and printed as your poster. No revisions will be accepted.
Remember to log into your CNS account and go to the Activity Center to accept or decline the invitation to present and/or submit any required forms as mentioned in your selection letter. Due August 9.

ACCME Accreditation Guidelines for Posters and PowerPoint Presentations
As an accredited provider of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), CNS must ensure that all CME programs comply with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education.
Below are faculty/speaker guidelines to assist you in developing the highest quality educational content and materials. These guidelines also ensure compliance with the CNS’ CME Policies.
- Disclosures: You do not need to include disclosures in your poster.
- HIPAA Compliance: All identifiable health information regarding a client or patient must be sufficiently edited or modified to ensure HIPPA compliance.
- Posters must give a balanced view of therapeutic options. All recommendations for patient care must be based on current science, evidence, and clinical reasoning.
- New and evolving topics must be clearly identified.
- Posters must not promote or sell products or services that serve a professional or financial interest during accredited education.
- Posters must be free of commercial bias for or against any company, product, drug, or device.
- Posters must not include:
- Ineligible companies’ corporate or product logos (All logos or brand names visible in photos or videos must be completely covered)
- Company, product, drug, or device brand/trade names. (Use generic names)
- If brand/trade names are listed, there MUST be at least two (2) other names listed to avoid the perception of bias.
- If only one is listed, it must be proven the ONLY or the BEST product, device, or drug available.
- Product promotional material.
