2019 Skull Base Fellows Course
Event Date:Thursday, August 29, 2019 (All day) to Friday, August 30, 2019 (All day)
About the Event:
This two-day intensive course is designed for skull base fellows or early-career neurosurgeons with an interest in skull base surgery. Comprehensive coursework covers the basic surgical approaches and anatomy required of every skull base neurosurgeon.
Case-based discussions provide context and overviews, while hands-on cadaver dissections and one-on-one guidance from leading skull base surgeons maximize opportunities for learning.
Faculty includes experienced neurosurgeons and ENT surgeons who will demonstrate posterolateral transtemporal surgical approaches as well as endoscopic endonasal anatomy and surgical options. This is a limited enrollment course and fills up quickly, so early registration is recommended.
Course Director: Nicholas Bambakidis
The Congress of Neurological Surgeons designates this live activity for a maximum of 17.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
