2019 Oral Boards Review Course
Event Date:Saturday, February 23, 2019 (All day) to Sunday, February 24, 2019 (All day)
About the Event:
Costas Hadjipanayis and Robert Spinner
The two-day, comprehensive CNS Oral Boards Review Course aligns with the revised ABNS exam format to help you get comfortable with the personalized format of the exam and get competent in your preferred subspecialty, with a focus on best patient management studies.
Highly interactive, the course prepares you for the case-based nature of the exam with multiple learning formats, including didactic, case presentations, and small-group discussions. One-on-one sessions give you the opportunity to present a case to a faculty member and receive relevant feedback on indications and subsequent follow-through that will aid your performance on the ABNS Oral Board Exam.
As the course takes place two and a half months before the exam, you can see where your gaps in knowledge lie and take the right steps to fill those gaps. To achieve the best possible outcome, the CNS provides a multi-pronged learning approach. Register for the course and receive:
- Three videos with preparation and test-taking tips from previous ABNS examiners and attendees
- Pre-course webinar, where each subspecialty faculty member will share more resources, and advice
After the course, keep confidence levels high and register for a live subspecialty webinar series that immediately precedes the exam!
CNS President Ashwini D. Sharan shares highlights of the course in the video below.
The CNS designates this activity for a maximum of 16.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
