Associate Membership
The CNS Associate Membership is open to physicians and/or scientists who are not
neurological surgeons, but have shown distinction in a neurosurgically-related
discipline.
For an annual dues of $285, Associate Members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including:

Eligibility
An applicant for Associate Membership in the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS)
must be a physician and/or scientist who is not a neurological surgeon, but has
shown distinction in a neurosurgically-related discipline.

Applicants must submit for consideration a complete and signed Associate Membership
Application and two references from CNS Members. Upon approval by the CNS Executive
Committee, new members will be required to remit a $25 application fee and their
first-year’s dues of $285.
