Affiliate Membership
The CNS Affiliate Membership is open to individuals who are Allied Healthcare Professionals
involved in neurosurgically related patient care, teaching or research.
For an annual dues of $151, Affiliate Members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including:

Eligibility
An applicant for Affiliate Membership in the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS)
must be an Allied Healthcare Professional (nurse, physician assistant, etc) involved
in neurosurgically related patient care, teaching or research.

Applicants must submit for consideration a complete and signed Affiliate Membership
Application and one reference from a CNS member. Upon approval by the CNS Executive
Committee, new members will be required to remit a $25 application fee and their
first-year’s dues of $151.
