Active International Membership
The CNS Active International Membership is open to licensed practicing neurosurgeons
from outside of the US, Canada and Mexico.
For an annual dues of $575, Active International Members enjoy a wide range of benefits,

Eligibility
An applicant for Active International Membership in the Congress of Neurological
Surgeons (CNS) must be a licensed physician whose practice is substantially limited
to neurological surgery. Further, an applicant for Active International Membership
must:
(A) Reside and practice neurosurgery outside North America (the United States, its
territories, Canada and Mexico), AND
(B) Be a member of the local or regional Neurosurgical society.

Applicants must submit for consideration a complete and signed Active International
Membership Application, current Curriculum Vitae and two references from CNS Members.
In place of the two references, applicants may choose to provide verification of
current membership in their local or regional neurosurgical society. Upon approval
by the CNS Executive Committee, new members will be required to remit a $25 application
fee and their first-year’s dues of $575.
