The annual dues for Associate membership are $360 and International Associate are $75.
Are You Eligible for Membership?
To become an Associate member, you must be a physician or scientist who is not a neurological surgeon but has shown distinction in a neurosurgically related discipline.
A person may apply for International Associate membership if they meet the requirements of Associate membership, but are an international surgeon who maintains a specialized practice outside of North America that is similar, or complimentary to, those maintained by CNS members, but have not recovered accredited or institutional-based neurosurgical training and/or are without a local neurosurgery training program (neurosurgeons or neurosurgical trainees/residents are not eligible for this membership type).

Submit a complete and signed Associate membership application that includes your CV and one reference from a CNS member. New members will be required to pay a $25 application fee and dues of $360.
For International Associate, submit a complete and signed International Associate membership application that includes your CV and one letter of reference or letter of employment and dues of $75.
