Registration Information
2008 Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting registrations will not be processed without a valid credit card or check. Courses, seminars and event tickets will not be received without payment.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received in writing by 5:00pm EST on August 27, 2008, will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations of registration, practical course, seminars or event tickets received after 5:00pm EST on August 27, 2008, regardless of the reason for cancellation. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Hotel Cancellation or Changes

All reservations require a room deposit of $225 USD charged to your credit card upon booking. This deposit will be credited to your hotel bill upon check-in.

All hotel cancellations must be made in writing to the CNS Housing Bureau no later than 5:00 pm EST on Friday, August, 29, 2008. Starting September 3, 2008, all changes and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations for all CNS participating hotels must be received a minimum of 5 days prior to arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit.
