The Congress of Neurological Surgeons exists to enhance health and improve lives worldwide through the advancement of education and scientific exchange. In commitment to this mission, the CNS reaches out internationally to form partnerships with leading neurosurgical societies and to provide new educational opportunities and resources to its members across the globe.

We believe that a diverse membership base will enrich our organization and ensure that the CNS stays abreast of pertinent issues affecting neurosurgeons around the world.
