Opportunities for Resident Involvement in the CNS

The Congress of Neurological Surgeons supports resident involvement at every level; moreover, the CNS relies on volunteerism. Residents are encouraged to get involved in the CNS at every level. Classically, residents have been encouraged to join the Sergeant-at-Arms Committee. Residents may join the Sergeant-at-Arms Committee for each Annual Meeting. The Sergeant-at-Arms assists the moderators and participants of the Practical Courses, Luncheon Seminars and Scientific Sessions at the Annual Meeting. By participating in the Sergeant-at-Arms Committee, the resident is not charged for the particular Luncheon Seminar or Practical Course. Information for participation is mailed out with the Annual Meeting information. We are currently encouraging more participation from residents. This includes possible committee membership and aiding in our web site development. We encourage you to get involved and get involved early in your resident career. Please fill out the form below and we will contact you regarding opportunities.
